The Internet has changed the way we consume media, the way we communicate and interact with each other, the way we get news and information, how we express ourselves, how we shop - how we live our lives.

There is no question that the Internet is now a mainstream medium. In 2009, the US Internet population will grow to nearly 200 million users, or 65% of the total population.  By 2013, 221 million people will be online, nearly 70% of the population.*

The Ad Council's Interactive Services Group collaborates with campaign management and our sponsors to determine the most effective web environments and digital initiatives for the campaign's message and target audience.

To most effectively serve the needs of our campaign's, the Interactive Services team is divided into two groups: Web Development and Digital Media.  Social Media services are outlined in the Public Relations site.  Use this site to learn more about the roles of each of these groups, and how best to work with them in strengthening your campaigns and other initiatives.
