Senior Vice President, Interactive/Digital Services
Barbara joined The Advertising Council in 2003 as Senior Vice President of the newly created Interactive Services department. In this position Barbara is responsible for creating and managing interactive services and strategic relationships for campaign sponsors. This includes expanding the breadth and depth of services offered to sponsors from website development, online promotion, to streaming media strategies and managing all online media opportunities. She also oversees all Internet development operations including Ad Council website development and site management.
As a very early adopter of computer technologies and a passionate believer in the potential of the web, Barbara is an expert at helping clients develop and fine-tune their Internet strategies.
Prior to joining the Ad Council, Barbara served as VP, Business Development Manager for Poppe Tyson (1991-1997). It was in 1995 at Poppe Tyson that she began to focus on enabling businesses to conduct business via the Internet. Barbara played a key role in the development of poppe.com, one of the Internet's most successful development firms.
Barbara then joined CKS New York as a Vice President of Business Development, and later partnered with Fergus O'Daly to co-found the internet consulting firm, Fergus O'Daly Associates.
Vice President, Digital Media
Angela Hui joined the Ad Council January 2004 as the Interactive Media Manager. Ms. Hui is responsible for creating and maintaining all interactive media partnerships. She oversees all online media implementation and tracking for every Ad Council campaign.
Prior to joining the Ad Council, Ms. Hui was a Media Planner at Universal McCann Interactive and Connect@JWT working on clients including Sony Electronics, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson and Merrill Lynch. Her experience includes developing and executing media plans for all of her clients.
She holds a BBA in Marketing/Advertising from Baruch College CUNY. She currently resides in Brooklyn.
Director, Interactive Services
Ms. Issaeva joined our team in June 2005. Most recently she was with Brand Wizard Technologies, where she worked as a Web Developer. Her prior experiences include one year at Lehman Brothers as a Web Development Intern and numerous personal portfolio sites for artists and photographers. She is now responsible for production and management of website development and other online projects for the Ad Council's campaigns and as well as internal web distributions.
Ms. Issaeva is originally from Russia, attended high school in India and graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a BS in Computer Science. She currently resides in Brooklyn.
Project Manager, Interactive Services
Jenner Pascua joined the Ad Council in 2012. He comes to the Ad Council with experience in marketing promotions and web design. Before joining the Ad Council he worked at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF as well as the radio and animation industries. Mr. Pascua is responsible for the management of the Ad Council's social media properties, website production, graphic design, and other interactive projects.
He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in Communication Studies. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
Digital Media Coordinator
Rebecca joined the Ad Council in September of 2011. As the Digital Media Coordinator, Rebecca is responsible for web distribution and tracking online media for all Ad Council campaigns. She also maintains the Ad Council presence on video sharing sites and assists with online media outreach.
Prior to joining the Ad Council, Rebecca attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She currently resides in Astoria, NY.
Digital Media Coordinator
Lindsey joined the Ad Council team in July 2012. As a Digital Media Coordinator, Lindsey is responsible for web distribution and tracking online media for all Ad Council campaigns. She also maintains the Ad Council presence on video sharing sites and assists with online media outreach.
Prior to joining the Ad Council, Lindsey attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Psychology and Global Studies. Lindsey's most recent experience includes serving as the social media/publicity intern for the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation of the Hudson Valley and working at the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health in the Family Health division. She currently resides in Astoria, NY.
